DPI Global HeadquartersDPI GLOBAL, located in Porterville, California, is a manufacturer of natural waste, odor control and other products with a worldwide reputation for leadership and innovation. Since beginning in 1965, new developments have followed in virtually every year. 

Today, DPI is the recognized authority for waste and odor control in the animal and agricultural industry. All of our products are manufactured from naturally derived plant extracts that have been proven to be safe and effective.  Corporate headquarters, manufacturing facilities and quality control laboratories are located in Porterville, California.

The development of DPI GLOBAL’s products and marketing strategies are based upon extensive research conducted under highly controlled laboratory conditions.  DPI GLOBAL products have stood the test of independent university evaluation and the test of time in the commercial marketplace.

CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
All orders are placed on an SSL Secure server. We currently accept Mastercard and Visa. All credit card orders are processed by Paymentech. Paymentech has implemented a number of security measures to protect your information. Your information is protected on secured networks. Industry-standard encryption technologies are used when transferring or receiving sensitive information supplied by users. Paymentech updates and tests its technology on a regular basis.

CHECKS AND MONEY ORDERS:
If you wish to pay by check or money order, please select that payment option in the shopping cart. Shortly after the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please print that e-mail and send it along with your check or money order to:

Make checks and money orders payable to "DPI GLOBAL". Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment clears our bank.If your order totals over $100 USD, or you are shipping to an address outside the United States, or having your order shipped to a different person or mailing address and you are paying via credit card, you will be asked to verify your credit card bank information. This is done in order to prevent fraudulent orders and is in your best interest as well as ours.

SHIPPING:
Shipping cost will be determined at the time of order.  Orders are generally shipped out within 3-4 business days unless items are not in stock. Orders to destinations within the United States and Canada will be shipped UPS by the method of your choice at check out.

Orders shipped outside of the Continental States will be shipped by the most appropriate carrier and additional shipping charges will be incurred and confirmed upon return email. The method of shipping will be at our discretion. Please note that we CAN NOT ship via UPS to PO Boxes.

Expedited shipping is available for in stock items at an additional fee. Please verify product availability and shipping charges to your location via phone at 800-654-3693 or via email at dpi@dpiglobal.com. This must be done prior to shipment!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.  If something isn't right, let us know immediately and we will attempt to remedy the situation.  Please contact us via e-mail at dpi@dpiglobal.com or via phone at (559) 781-0297 should you have any questions.  Our policies are as follows:
Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products we are only able to accept items for return or exchange that are in their original package, unused and in re-sellable condition.  We will accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of purchase with the shipping at the expense of the purchaser.  Refunds will be for the original purchase amount, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.You must request a return for refund within 15 days after the invoice date. No refunds after 15 days. Each return MUST have a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number (RMA). Please write down the RMA outside of the box when you return your merchandise. To Request RMA, please call Customer Service at 800-654-3693 or e-mail at dpi@dpiglobal.com. If you receive the wrong product or a damaged product, simply call us to get a RMA and send it back to us and we will ship a replacement out to you free of charge.  A 10% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.Please place the unused item in an appropriate shipping box along with your original invoice and RMA and mail it back to the return address indicated.  Please also include a brief description of the reason for your return or exchange.  You should expect a refund within 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your item.  The refund will be in the same payment method of your original payment.Please call (559) 781-0297 for the appropriate USPS, UPS or FedEx shipping address.
 
Damaged Items
If you receive any items that are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at dpi@dpiglobal.com, so that we may begin to remedy the situation in a timely manner.
 
Return Policy for Refunds
You may return most items sold by dpiglobal-store.com within 15 days from the invoice date for a full refund. Please include the following information: a copy of your invoice; if you don't have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number or RMA number. Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging. A 10% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.

We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:
      • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
      • Any product that has been opened.
      • Any item that is not in its original bottle or box.
